01 - The problem
Retail performance was reported in static spreadsheets, so questions about a specific region or period took days to answer.
02 - Approach
Modelled the sales data into a clean star schema, wrote DAX measures for period-on-period movement, and designed an interactive report using charts and heat maps with cross-filtering across every visual.
03 - Outcome
Stakeholders moved from waiting on reports to self-serving answers, improving how quickly commercial decisions could be made.
